Born and raise right outside of Chicago is were Darren Jeffers, also known as Dirty Darren, fell in love with music. At a young age Darren was exposed to various genres, from his mother’s love of Motown and rock ballads, to the radio airwaves of Chicago House and Hip-Hop. Ultimately leading him to pursue a career in DJing at the age of 13. Fast forward years later Darren had become a pillar of the Chicago nightlife scene. As an open format DJ, you could find him mixing and scratching eclectic and electrifying sets all across the city. From tourist filled Wrigleyville, trendy River North, or back over to the Near West Side neighborhood providing the Official Chicago Bulls Pregame Entertainment.
Showcasing his skills, Darren added NYC, Miami, Boston, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Cleveland, and Scottsdale to his resume. While also opening and DJing after parties for Pitbull, 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, The Backstreet Boys, Lady A, Jon Pardi, Nas, Mike Posner, & Waka Flocka.
Always reinventing his style and brand, Darren decided to take another leap forward in his career. In 2021 the decision was made to take his talents to Nashville, Tennessee. Being surrounded and exposed to the music industry’s elite performers, producers, and record executives has given him some new and unique opportunities. Darren is currently in negotiations to be on tour with national acts in 2024 while still playing nightclubs and bars across the country.
